Dr. Pothukuchi is an accomplished corporate leader and also a renowned management researcher with over 20 years of corporate experience. He last served as a Director at Conexant (Former Rockwell Semiconductors), USA and CIO (outsourced) for Pictos, USA. Dr. Pothukuchi put together several winning teams to successfully implement enterprise level projects in USA, East Africa and India. His experience spans across a wide range of industries like Semiconductors (Conexant /Rockwell, Pictos, Mindspeed, Skyworks), Biotechnology (Perkin Elmers, CA), Oil/Natural Gas ( Mobile, Union Carbide), Academics (Rutgers, Thomas Edison College, N.J.) Agro Trading/Agribusiness (Cresthale U.K. Ltd, FRESH Marketing Society, NDDB & Mother Dairy).

 

In 2005, Dr. Pothukuchi established Midas Touch with the objective of catering to mid segment market comprising of young, first time / mid level professionals in tier 2 & 3 cities of India. . Midas Touch is positioned to represent a company providing premium features within an affordable price range. This is achieved through high volume and cost efficiencies. The company's first project ”Vijetha Midas Touch” is a 180,000 sft apartment complex in Hi-tech city (Kondapur) Hyderabad and is nearing completion.

As a management researcher, Dr. Pothukuchi’s work finds place in the seminal research series published by SAGE in the field of Global Strategic Management. His work is also a prescribed reading for M.B.A. curricula in Europe and Asia.

Mr. Reddy has over 23 years of experience in Agro and Real Estate Sectors. As a director at KSR Constructions Mr. Reddy successfully delivered Sunny Isles (www.sunnyisles-ksr.in), a premium villa project in Visakhapatnam. At Midas Touch, Mr. Reddy's responsibilities will encompass value engineering, liaison & vendor management.

 

Having developed most of his career in Hyderabad, Mr. Reddy brings to the table a very strong network and local presence. He spent considerable time in rural marketing and development sectors and therefore is intimately familiar with the local ethos and preferences. Mr.Reddy is an Engineering Graduate from Coimbattore, PGDRM (IRMA), MDP (IIMA).
