4. Do you allow alteration to the plans? Ans. Depends. In general, apartment structures do not allow for alterations. Some of them are structurally unviable and others difficult to administer. Non-structural changes are possible through the packages offered by us.

5. How reliable are your time estimates? Ans. Time estimates get more predictable after obtaining HUDA approvals. Construction timings are more predictable.

6. Do you arrange for Bank Loans? Ans. Yes. We help all our customers with bank loans from our panel of banks that pre-approve the project. If you want to choose a different bank, we will provide you with the required documentation.

7. What about rental services or sale of apartments? Ans. Yes, we are putting together a complete line of realtor services to make the transactions easy and reliable.

9. Can we repatriate the funds and what address should I use while booking?
