Canyon Ridges is planned to be a 17.22 acre township (11.14 Acres registered and 6.08 Acres in the works) consisting of 18 residential and 2 commercial buildings, each of 21 floors (subject to HUDA approvals). With just about 25% of the residential land used  for apartments and the remaining 75% for lawns, gardens, water bodies, tennis, cricket courts, roads, club house and other service areas. Living at Canyon Ridges is about openness, grandeur and opulence in every bit of the township.
