Booking Process

Booking Process consists of the following few simple steps

1.	Initial Booking: 10% advance is to be paid towards initial booking. A letter of allotment with a priority number will be emailed as soon as funds are credited.
2.	Within a maximum of 60 days from the initial booking next installment of 10% of payment becomes due. Upon receiving the payment, an “Agreement of Sale” will be drafted.
3.	Once HUDA approval is received and upon receiving the balance payment, apartment will be registered in your name. Midas Touch can help with the process of arranging a bank loan. Typically, bank loan caters to all balance payments barring the initial 20% deposit.
4.	Balance payments can be made as per the schedule below.
5.	Payment towards land cost will be charged upon receiving HUDA approval for the project.
6.	Registration of the land and semi-finished structure will take place as soon as the building structure is ready.
